Products for Aerospace and Defense Applications
Molybdenum, tungsten, and their alloys are are important materials for the aerospace and defense industry due to their exceptional properties, including excellent high-temperature strength, high density, tensile strength, superior machinability, and effective radiation shielding. EPoS enhanced composites take these properties to the next while while helping to mitigate supply chain risks.

A quick look at your benefits
Performance and Precision
eForged components combine uniquely thin design that can go down to 0.5 mm with tight mechanical tolerances for high performance thermal management solutions in satellites or RF antennas.
Flexible high and low volume production
The eForging technology combines press and sinter into one single process. This simplicity allows highly flexible manufacturing of low and high volume production and a fast and easy capacity increase as required for your application.
Quality: Single component traceability
A single-piece production, comprehensive in-process control, and meticulous data analysis enable us to maintain the highest level of control over our production and delivery processes.
High speed innovation
eForging introduces a new way to produce materials and paves the way to new compositions, new alloys and ultimatly, better performance.
Sustainability and transparency
Safety, traceability, and sustainability goes hand-in-hand. We stand for ethical and ecological responsibility in the products we develop and deliver to meet your expectations.
From raw powder to finished excellence
In close collaboration our materials scientists and engineers develop innovative and tailored solutions with you.
Mixing and milling process: Properties definition
By using stricly controlled mixing and milling processes in combination with our 30ms eForging process we maintain the properties of the raw material and ensure robust and continous quality of our unique solutions.
eForging: flexibility for low, medium and high production volumes
The simplicity of the eForging process allows to use the same tools for different materials due to the elimination of dimensional changes in sinter furnaces. The absence of protective atmospheres, foils or containers allows for tool changeovers, therefore enabling us to produce small, medium and large volumes as you require.
Finishing: ready to intergrate into the value chain
Precise and repeatable dimensions, surfaces and contours allow our components to seemlessly fil into your next value-add process.
Commitment to quality, transparency and sustainability
Rigorous quality checks and control of every production run, full transparency on the raw material and clear data on waste and energy conumption of the process ensure that every parts meets your standards in all dimensions.

Cu-W (Copper-Tungsten)
W-based heavy alloys
Tungsten-based metal matrix composites offer an ideal balance of high density and superior mechanical properties, with the added benefit of excellent machinability. Used as welding electrodes they overcome stickiness and machinability issues of pure tungsten and help you to operate a robust resistance welding process.
AlSi
The unique combination of light weight, high stiffness and controlled coefficient of thermal expansion for high-tech actuators in wafer chucks for semiconductor manufacturing and applications in optics.
